CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Our policy allows for cancellations and refunds within 72 hours of the order being placed. In rare cases where we have not yet shipped your order after our processing period of 5 to 10 business days from the order date, we will also allow cancellation for a refund.
We take your payment security seriously, and in the event that your card has been charged more than once for a single order, we will promptly refund the excess amount within 4 hours from the order date. At our company, we strive to provide excellent customer service and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are the products unisex?

MY TRACKING STATUS IS NOT CHANGING OR UPDATING FOR MULTIPLE DAYS NOW, WHAT DO IT DO?
We understand that it can be frustrating when updates are not provided, but please be assured that when you receive a tracking link, your order has already been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you. Sometimes there may be a long wait due to a high volume of shipments and limited flights to certain countries.

WHY ARE OUR PRODUCTS CHEAPER?
